Why  industrial robots are not numerous enough

How it works

User  control robotic system via his interface on ABAGY platform

The user loads a 3D model of the desired product and the parts for the technological operations

Abagy OS performs an initial series of calculations, assessing the feasibility of the task

The  parts for production are placed on the work zone

The  computer vision system specifies the location of the parts, their  orientation, and sets this against the loaded 3D model

If the proposed product is within the bounds of achievement, then the ABAGY OS  computes an online program for production of the piece

A virtual simulation of the manufacturing is carried out to ensure that nothing prevents the successful implementation of the entire process

Consequently there is the creation of the ideal trajectory of movement and the order of actions for each production unit included in the robotic complex

Each device receives a control program which starts the production process

During production with the help of machine vision, the system constantly compares the situation in the live work zone with the digital counterpart, and in the case of deviation from the program the corresponding robots or other elements of the robotic cell make corrections
